ABOUT ME
Raised in a small town in Northern Minnesota, family, community, and nature were all emphasized in my early years. Further experiences in the metropolitan areas of San Francisco and Minneapolis solidified the importance of community and connection along with the power that nature holds to remind us of our oneness and our divine connection to the cosmos.
Growing up an avid reader, it is no surprise that books were the key that unlocked the world of hypnosis for me. I was first introduced to Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) through the writings of Sarah Breskman Combe, a Level 3 practitioner of QHHT and author.
I then found Dolores Cannon and the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Academy, and realized that I could learn this technique! My excitement and enthusiasm for the technique led me to becoming a Level 2 Practitioner, which is the second highest training available.
My passion for hypnosis led me to study the work of other amazing regressionists like Lorraine Flaherty and Brian Weiss, explore clinical hypnosis through the work of Ursula James, and explore medical intuition from the work of Tina M. Zion.
Furthermore, I trained in Future Life Progression (FLP) and Past Life Regression (PLR) with pioneer and author, Anne Jirsch. With Anne I discovered another powerful tool to help clients looking to change their lives through hypnosis.
Not only have I studied hypnosis extensively, but I have also experienced the healing and transformation for myself.
Through my QHHT, FLP, and PLR sessions, I found a deep connection to myself and with the cosmos that has transcended the experience itself and has transformed my life and my person. I am truly passionate about helping others find this connection for themselves through this powerful, natural process of hypnosis.
Through these personal experiences, as well as my training and study, I have developed my own process called Higher Guidance Hypnosis. Through this tailored approach, I help my clients in a personalized way, drawing on multiple techniques to provide the most appropriate session experience for each person.
I am currently practicing in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where I live with my husband and our three cats. Some of my favorite things include nature (especially water in all its forms), gardening, reading for pleasure & knowledge, and connecting with my fellow humans through conversation.
